• Ask Seoul

  Your questions are sent to an AI service to write an answer. The conversation lives only in your browser for that visit and is not saved by Settle Seoul. Limited technical records may be kept to prevent abuse.

• Community submissions

  Tips and stories you submit are stored so editors can review them. Nothing appears publicly until an editor approves it.

• Shop enquiries

  The enquiry form sends your message by email to our inbox. The details are not stored in a website database.

• Basket and checkout

  If shop products are available, the basket and checkout are handled by Shopify under its own privacy policy.

• Maps

  Map pages load Google Maps, which may collect information under Google's privacy policy.

• Reports and corrections

  The report form sends your message by email to our editors and is not stored in a website database. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and to improve the guides.
